News update: Latest version of Application form available

There is a new revision of the HRCDC application form available from the website. https://hrcdc.ie/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/HRCDC-Application-Form-Version-5-FINAL-.docx

Please use this form for any new applications to the HRCDC from today,  26th October 2023.  The main changes in the form are as follows:

  • Addition of question in relation to the Assisted Decision-Making Act 2015 and as amended in 2022.
  • Query on Transfer Impact Assessments, if transferring data to a country not covered by an adequacy agreement.
  • Clarification of questions in the case of genetic / genomic studies.
  • Changes to the wording and formatting of other questions to hopefully make it easier to use.

If you have any other suggested changes to the form, please let us know at secretariat@hrcdc.ie and we may be able to incorporate your suggestion into the next revision of the form.
