Meeting Dates & Submission Deadlines

The upcoming HRCDC meeting dates and the respective submission deadlines for each meeting can be found below.

Any changes/updates to the meeting dates will be noted on this webpage as soon as practicable.

Please note that the HRCDC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule meetings.

For valid applications to be considered at a HRCDC meeting – whether a new application or amendment request – the submission deadlines are the latest date by which the application should be submitted.

It is also important to note that it is not guaranteed that applications submitted by the referenced meeting deadline will be pre-reviewed and ready for consideration at that next HRCDC meeting. This is subject to factors such as the number of applications submitted, the capacity of the Secretariat and HRCDC.
